Technical Sergeant Chanel M. Pack

TSgt Chanel M. Pack is the Manpower and Accessions Flight Chief at the University of Maryland ROTC Detachment 330, College Park, Maryland. In this position, she manages the activation and disbursement of cadet scholarships and tuition payments, ensuring uninterrupted financial support for future Air Force officers. Additionally, she leads the management of multiple essential programs, including cadet in-processing, contracting, pay administration, medical evaluations, and security clearances for students across 21 universities and colleges—directly supporting their path to commissioning as Second Lieutenants in the United States Air Force.

TSgt Pack enlisted in the Air Force in February 2012, beginning her career as a Knowledge Operations Manager Journeyman assigned to Air Force Space Command, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. Throughout her career as an Administrator, she has held positions at the squadron, group, wing, and Joint Staff levels across Air Force Space Command, United States Pacific Command, and United States European Command. Prior to her current assignment, she served as the Section Chief of the Joint Military Personnel Office at the National Intelligence University, where she led executive support services for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Defense Intelligence Agency. In this role, she ensured seamless intelligence integration by overseeing the timely processing of security clearances, onboarding operations, decoration submissions, and overall administrative management.
