1. Complete the UMD/ROTC Crosstown Enrollment Form.

2. Complete Consortium Registration Form.

• Fill this our with your ARSC (LLAB/ARSC) classes.

3. Obtain a signature for the Consortium Registration Form from your GMU advisor.

4. Send the completed form to the UMD Registrar. 

• After UMD has officially registered you, you should be able to log into Canvas-ELMS as well as Testudo and set up your account. You may obtain your UID Card from UMD at the Clarence M. Mitchell, Jr. Building. Let them know you are a crosstown student and need your UID. They will take a picture and print the card for you on the spot. 

5. Go to Testudo.umd.edu, and click "Registration (Drop/Add)."

6. Log in, select the term in which you are registering, and register for ARSC.
