University System of Maryland (USM)

If you attend any of the following schools, please read below for more information on registration: 

• Bowie State University
• Towson University
• University of Baltimore
• University of Maryland, Baltimore County
• University of Maryland Global Campus

1. Complete the UMD/ROTC Crosstown Enrollment Form.

2. Complete the USM Inter-Institutional Enrollment and the Transcript Request Form. Then, submit to your advisor.

• You should receive an email from Ms. Tina Nguyen once UMD has officially registered you. 
• At this point, you should be able to log into Canvas-ELMS as well as Testudo  and set up your account. You may obtain your UID Card from UMD at the Clarence M. Mitchell, Jr. Building. Let them know you are a crosstown student and need your UID. They will take your picture and print the card for you on the spot. 

1. Go to Testudo.umd.edu, and click "Registration (Drop/Add)."

2. Log in, select the term in which you are registering, and register for ARSC.
