Northern Virginia Community College

1. Complete the UMD/ROTC Crosstown Enrollment Form.

2. Ask NOVA Registrar for Proof of Enrollment Letter. 

• This can be done either by email or in person - it is advised to go in person.

3. Submit all forms to interinstitutional@umd.edu and await a confirmation email

• Note: You may have to complete the COVID-19 Vaccination form to be able to come onto campus and be officially registered for ROTC.
